With twenty two years of legal experience, Paul D. Friedman provides clients with a broad array of legal services in the civil arena, focused on commercial litigation and banking law and the litigation of those rights and interests. The firm's two attorneys practice in all State and Federal courts throughout Florida, including appellate courts. The firms attorneys routinely appear in Florida's Circuit Court in Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward and Palm Beach counties, Florida's Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
